Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order and are here to help you with returns! We are now accepting returns at our Traverse City store for items purchased online only. Please carefully read our Return Policy and follow all instructions. Failure to do so means we cannot approve your return.
Exceptions
All sale items are final sale. Specialty items as indicated, such as books, artwork, intimates and jewelry, are also final sale. Additional exceptions to our return policy may apply. Returns on these purchases will not be accepted.
Condition of items
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. We only accept products that are returned in like-new condition, with tags attached. All items must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Free of stains from makeup, food and other products
- Free of damage, including tears and rips
- Free of smoke, perfume and other odors
- Free of pet hair
How to submit a return request
- Click here to request a return. You can also click on the profile icon or “Request a Return” on our website. Enter your email address and click “Continue.”
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code. Enter the code in your account.
- Click your order and select the item(s) you want to return.
- Select a return reason and click “Submit request.” If your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. A $10 service and shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit.
Shipping instructions
Follow these shipping instructions to receive credit for your return:
- Return the unworn product in its original packaging.
- Include the original tag, attached to the item.
- Include the invoice with your package.
- Ship the item back within 30 days of purchase (special holiday window). We also can only accept US returns shipped from US states and territories.
